Delivery

Our products are all made to order to your own requirements and we try to dispatch most of our orders within one week although for painted, wooden signs this process takes a little longer so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. 

During busy periods orders may take a little longer so please order earlier and allow 20 days for delivery. If you need an order urgently please contact us and we will endeavour to help wherever we can.

We deliver the products to the address which is given when providing payment. Please ensure all these details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery when the details given are incorrect.

When your item is dispatched we will send you a notification via e-mail of the date of despatch. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods within the 14 day period  we cannot guarantee delivery within this timescale nor accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

Most of our products are dispatched using 2nd class Royal Mail. If you have not received your items within a reasonable timescale, before you contact us, you must first check with your local sorting office, regardless if you have received notification from your postman or not, as they may be holding items for you there.

If your item is dispatched via a different courier to Royal Mail we will send you an e-mail notification with the courier details and a tracking number.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days, to allow for delivery, from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit you must notify us immediately and within 3 working days. Not doing so can seriously affect our ability to resolve this matter.

Cancellations

This policy does not apply to bespoke or personalised goods which are exempt from the right to cancel.

If you wish to cancel a non personalised order please notify us within 3 working days. Where items have already been created and dispatched you must return them in accordance with the returns policy below.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely happy with the goods please get in touch with us either by e-mail, telephone or the contact page and we will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Your right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances

  • Any products that are custom made to your requirements or are personalised specifically for you.
  • If there is a spelling mistake which has been supplied by you.
  • If you have approved a design which has a spelling or design mistake. Please check your proofs carefully.
For non personalised items only you must return the goods in an unused condition, at your own expense, within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that you package your goods adequately to protect against damage as they are your responsibility until they reach us in an undamaged condition. Once we have received the goods safely we can then issue a refund. For your own protection we recommend that you send the item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods against loss or damage and you obtain a proof of postage.

If you return a product to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the full value of the goods and your postage costs. This does not apply if you have approved a design with an error in it.

Because bespoke or personalised goods cannot be resold we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds on these items if you have ordered the incorrect product or changed your mind. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
